Frank is passionate about giving back to those who serve those communities. Born in Trento, Italy, and having immigrated to the United States at the age of two, Frank knows what hard work is. He is a proud patriot of the United States, having served in both the United States Navy and United States Army National Guard. Frank also served as a police officer and retired from law enforcement. He also brings over 35 years of experience in the financial industry, where he prides himself on putting client relationships first.
Frank serves as the Chief Financial Officer and oversees the organization’s financial strategy, budgeting, reporting, and risk management, ensuring sustainable growth and sound business decisions.
Frank has been married to his wife Kathy for 43 years and resides in Farmington, NY. He is also the proud father of his daughter Katrina and CEO of Blue Shield Wealth, Benjamin.
