My time at the FBI National Academy Session 286 was a transformative experience that challenged me both professionally and personally. I had the privilege of training alongside accomplished law enforcement leaders from across the globe and gaining valuable insight from their experiences. The program strengthened my leadership skills, expanded my perspective on policing, reinforced the value of the service mindset and teamwork. Through rigorous academic instruction, physical challenges, and collaborative problem solving, I gained tools I continue to apply in my career. The relationships built at the NA created a lifelong network of trusted colleagues and friends that I frequently call on. The experience pushed me outside my comfort zone, inspired me to pursue excellence at a higher level, and further developed me as a leader. I left the academy with a renewed commitment to leadership, innovation, and public service. Graduating from the National Academy was a proud milestone that shaped both my professional identity and personal growth. My time at Session 286 remains one of the most meaningful and rewarding experiences of my career.
